Description
In this brief letter, I will try to summarize the main
milestones of my professional career,
The first stage of my professional career was carried out in the
Ministry of Defense, in 2012, when I entered by competitive examination as a
Sergeant in the Spanish Army specializing in Telecommunications Systems. Here
as a Sergeant, I began to develop my skills in the world of Project Management
and team management.
Later and during the mission in Lebanon, the intelligence unit
of the army contacted me to request my services and include me in the project
portfolio team aimed at improving the information and intelligence systems of
the Ministry. Here I made a great qualitative leap, since the requirement of
leading teams in high-pressure and high-responsibility environments allowed me
to grow and strengthen my resilience and problem-solving skills.
The most developed skills at this stage have been the spirit of
sacrifice, willpower, leadership, camaraderie, decision-making and a positive
attitude in difficult situations.
As a noteworthy element, after several successful projects, the
United Nations awarded me the Operations Service Medal and the Merit Medal for
having successfully implemented and optimized electronic warfare systems.
In 2021, Majorel Company contacted me to offer me a position in
the global team as Project Manager Office. Taking into account the good
conditions and the great challenge offered, I decided to change and continue
growing in new environments. Here I have acquired great technical knowledge in
managing software development projects where the most strengthened skills and
knowledge in this stage have been Agile Methodologies, CI/CD, Scrum Master
tasks, Stakeholder Management, PMP, communication skills and multitask
capacity.
