- Responsible for developing and implementing the Inspection Test Plan. - Develop welding procedure specification (WPS) according to project specification, ASME and Petronas standard (PTS). - Test and qualify welder (WQT) as per welding procedure specification (WPS) according to ASME and Petronas standard (PTS) acceptance criteria. - To schedule, execute and evaluate project internal quality audit. - To schedule, execute and evaluate project internal quality audit. - To oversee supervision of all visual inspection and NDT including third-party subcontractors. - To manage inspection, NDT, and testing plans for new construction as well as repair work and alterations. - To identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - To develop and deliver QC reports and other required documents in a timely manner. - To support project technical inquiries/issues.

Electrical Technical Assistance

- Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site. - Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports. - Checks cable laying and cable identification. - Perform all relevant loop checks. - Updates as-built drawings. - Performs punch-listing operations. - Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests, checks rating and material for connection. - Perform tests of continuity, insulation resistance. - Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out. - Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections. - Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
