PLANNING
Our marine engineering consultants are available for the early planning stages of diving related projects. We can assist with all stages of the planning process. We're available to guide our clients in meeting safety compliance and requirements of various government agencies, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), MSHA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
SITE EVAL & BUILDING SPECS
With a survey of the intended build site, Midco can review, propose, and make recommendations for improvements to be made before construction begins. From conceptual development and detailed engineering analysis, to making recommendations, constructability reviews, and cost evaluations, we can help you move fluidly through the planning process and on to construction.
HAZARD ANALYSIS

DIVE PLANS
Our underwater engineer support can provide a predetermined dive plan to ensure the success and safety of the phase of construction taking place beneath the surface of the water. A comprehensive dive plan will detail the processes undertaken by the commercial dive team and put your mind at ease about this portion of your project.
ONGOING INSPECTION
Midco’s fully certified and insured dive teams perform inspections of underwater and marine construction projects to provide quality assurance and as-built verification during all phases of work, including the ongoing construction phase. As consultants, we offer support throughout the duration of the engineering project, from conceptualization to completion.
DOCUMENTATION
At every step of the way, Midco collects detailed documentation of the team’s findings in order to ensure our clients and other contractors have the most accurate and timely information. Our documentation is a comprehensive collection of underwater photography, underwater video, written documents, and reports.
