Company History:

Outfloor’n was established during the “new normal” era to bring the same quality products and workmanship that the bigger and more established business provide. Being in the industry for close to 10 years managing a corporate showroom one could establish that our client base was looking at more personal interaction rather being seen as a value or a number. We also noticed that the lack of interest in our vision and purpose for doing what we do was lost as employed more staff and the reason for this being is that staff just wanted a job and came to work to earn a salary. This was motivation enough to break away from the old way of doing thinks and let our clients deal with the manager directly instead of asking for one when the attention to detail falls away.  

 

Business Goals and Objectives:

Our business goals are to strive in the new way of approaching clients and its needs. We would like to showcase to a client that having a showroom and 15 employees are not the way that our economy is projecting the future. Our objective is to put our clients mind at ease and ensure then that dealing with us would be the exact same approach as you would find with any large corporation. We have the needed support with likewise corporations that is aligned with what we do and would like to achieve.

Growth Strategy:

Affiliating our self’s with well established brands makes outfloor’n different to any retail shop, contractor or designer wanting to sell you a similar solution. We will work hard to contact all the contractors, designers, architects, and homeowners in our community to ensure that when they want to sell products we specialise in, they sell with the needed knowledge and know how. We will aim to become the support when a contractor is busy with a renovation, we want to be the first call when a designer is planning an interior or exterior layout, we would like to be the first call when an architect needs to know technical details and information. We will make ourselves available to any questions our homeowner clients have and want to do. outfloor’n will be the easiest business to deal with in your directory.

Company Vision:

Launching the business in the retail sector, outfloor’n will look at possibilities to better engage the construction industry. We want to give our full support to local contractors to help share our solutions and have our full support to help sell our well-known brand in our community. We want to also affiliate ourselves with the interior designers to gain more footprint in the designer’s world to better understand the industry. We would also like to broaden our spectrum to assist clients in more remote locations or geographics outside of Gauteng.

 

Company Mission:

Our company was founded by Nico and Dominique Janse van Rensburg. Both directors have spent some great years in retail and servicing of clients. They have built good relations within the industry and have the same goal and that is to bring the best insight and solutions to our clients’ needs. The company was built on the foundation that it specialises in the soft cover flooring industry. Soft cover flooring is laminate floors, engineered/hardwood wooden floors, Stone plastic Composite flooring (SPC vinyl), luxury vinyl tile (Dry back/Glue down). All soft cover flooring products are supplied and installed by outfloor’n and we offer you a 2 year workmanship warrantee to ensure that the items installed are well maintained and kept in tip top shape. Our company can also supply, and project manage composite decking projects, we can source, deliver, and coordinate tiling projects, we can quote and supply Blinds for residential and corporate applications as well as supply and install all commercial carpet solutions.

 

About your Business:

Outfloor’n will not be seen as your traditional shop around the corner where we will wait for clients to catch and sell them a product and make profit from their purchase. outfloor’n will approach our clients in the comfort of their own environments and showcase our solutions to their needs. We specialise in interior decorations, and we see our self’s solution solvers for when a client wants to implement an idea that they are interested in exploring. Our fields of specialities are soft cover floors (laminates, vinyl, hardwoord), tiles specification, sourcing and supplying, decking for exterior designing and blinds for controlling our south African sunlight into our environments. We have the capabilities to project manage any development or rollout that requires hands on individuals to be in charge.
