Description
· Strong knowledge about Hydrostatic and Gas test as per API 6A latest editions requirements for Surface Wellhead & X-Mas Tree for drilling equipment Inspection
· Strong knowledge about FAT Hydrostatic and Gas test as per API 17D latest editions requirements for Subsea Wellhead & X-Mas Tree for drilling equipment Inspection
· Good knowledge of Coating Inspection, blasting and painting application process and coating inspection procedures.
· Welding Inspection, Familiar with code and standard such ASME, AWS D1.1 and attending prior welding, during welding and after welding.
· NDT Inspection, good knowledge of NDT applications, procedures and standard to be used for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) ASTM A709 and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) ASTM A165, etc.
· Mechanical testing to defined Tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation, Reduction in Area, Charpy Impact test, Hardness test, etc.
· Have good knowledge Load test for lifting skids, Drift test for the gate valve body, etc.
· Have a basic documentation knowledge for 2D drawing, Bill of materials (BoM), Inspection test plan (ITP), manufacturing data record (MDR), manufacturing records book (MRB), etc.
· Strong knowledge and to performing raw materials inspection such as grade AISI4140, AISI4130, AISI410, A36, A314, Inconel 718, Inconel 625, etc, with the type of materials are solid bar, round bar, forging (open die & close die) shape forging, etc.
· To perform an external audit for QMS ISO 9001: 2015 & API Q1 Latest Editions
· Have a basic of piping inspection as API 570
· Good knowledge for a special process such as Heat treatment, Nitriding, QPQ coating, Carbide tungsten coating, Phosphate coating, Xylan coating, Carburizing, etc.
