I am a professional with extensive experience in the direction, management and coordination of large-scale projects at the country level, in the areas of electricity, electromechanics, hydraulics, automation, water management, corrosion, cathodic protection of underwater structures in ports and supervision in industrial production plants. My profile is characterized by skill in planning, organization, and quality control. I am used to both, the execution and supervision of projects, oriented in the fulfillment of deadlines, costs and operational coordination. In addition, my experience has allowed me to develop a great creative / proactive sense, of great belief in teamwork, aimed at meeting the goals according to the objectives of each project.

2020 – Present | Founder of my company IGM Ingmaster S.A. Consulting and Management Engineer in construction and commissioning of electromechanical works in the industrial and food area.
I report to boards of directors and business owners, attending to the management, economic, technical and administrative coordination of the works.
2020 April - December 2022 | Project Manager Ingenio San Rafael. In this project I was in charge of the following functions, among others:
- Management, technical and economic coordination of the construction and start-up of a state-of-the-art sugar mill for organic cane prosessives. Supervision of the construction, automation and commissioning of: Aquatubular boiler 40000 Kg/h, 2550 BHP.
- Turbo generation system of 2 and 5 MW. 100% automated.
- Complete process building with their respective laboratories.
- Complete building of drying and packaging.
- Grinding building and bolting tables with their respective transport systems.
- Water extraction system (500 l / min) with its respective sewerage and pumping and desander system.
- Electrical and instrumentation and control system for the entire ingenuity 2 Ha. Four km fiber optic and SCADA system.
- Wastewater treatment plant 230 m³/day. Bolting system. Roman industrial weighing systems.
- Administrative management, Occupational Safety and Quality concerning the project management position.
- Assistance to the Operations Management.
- Manage and facilitate operation, life and risk policies.
- Attention of representatives of external banking entities and other similar.

2017- October 2019 | Consortium BICA S.A/Costa Rica National Council of Concessions (CNC): Supervisor/ Coordinator / Inspector electromechanical to BICA S.A which is a Spanish Consortium contracted by the CNC for the supervision of civil engineering and electromechanics for the Moín Container Terminal builds by APM Terminals. The functions are as follows:
· Assemble, testing and commissioning of a substation type GIS 230 KV (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) with insulation in SF6 gas.
· Installation and commissioning of the transmission line of 230 KV from Reventazón and Moín. Mounting, connection and start-up of 75 MW transformers.
· Terminal earthing (40500 m).
· Duct bank and electric manhole (more than 450 units), rainwater, sanitary, and served on the island (40 hectares).
· Construction, installation, testing and commissioning (223 m³) wastewater treatment plant.
· Assemble, welding and coating of 1666 sacrificial anodes in the pipe piles of the wharf of Moín container terminal.
· Supervision of assemble, installation and testing of all electromechanical elements of 16 buildings where the largest has a building area of 3100 m².
· Wiring of high, medium and low voltage from the terminal (200000 m).
· Assemble, connection, tests and commissioning of 21 secondary substations of 34.5 KV and 20 KV, 15 Busbar (200m / each bar) for supply of 480 VAC for rubber tired gantry crane ERTG, 29 lighting towers 36.4 m in height with a capacity of up to 23000 W. Each tower is part of the lightning system of the terminal. Assemble, connection and commissioning of gantry cranes ship to shore (STS) with capacity of 50 tons each.
· Preparation of monthly reports and commissioning of the Container Terminal of Moín.
2014-2017 | ICA-MECO: Electromechanical Superintendent for the ICA-MECO Consortium in the project of Enlargement of the Petroleum Harbor in the Atlantic of Costa Rica.
· Created electrical and telecommunication of petroleum dock extending pipelines drawings.
· Supervised the assembly of medium and low voltage power lines.
· Direction of the construction of power lines and telecommunication with all duct bank and manhole.
· Assembly, welding and coating of 208 sacrificial anodes in the pipe piles of the wharf of the harbor (of 500 Kg and 3 m long each).
· Technical support in the instrumentation and mechanical areas.
· Created and established the follow-up orders of electrical materials and instrumentation.
2006-2013 | Chiquita Brands International: Project engineer and coordinator of engineering and management of water.
- Developed and supervised the annual electromechanical forecast (budget forecast) for projects implementation and improvement of equipment and systems in all the packing houses and division farms.
- Designed and supervised maintenance programs in the electromechanical area and water management division.
- Created and joined the electromechanicals SOP (standard operating procedures) for local and external operations.
- Created, established and supervised maintenance plans for more than 40 deep water wells in the division.
- Developed and supervised the projects of water management in Bocas del Toro, Chiquita division in Panama, where I worked as coordinator of engineering.
